How we source and inspect our wires.
Every lot is bought against a governing standard — AISI/SAE, DIN or IS — inspected when it reaches Mumbai, and released only once it matches the order it was bought for.
- 01Mill test certificate receivedTied to your lot, not a type-test certificate for the grade.
- 02Cast and heat number matchedThe certificate is checked against the tag on the coil.
- 03Diameter and tensile verifiedAgainst the band written on your order, not the mill's nominal.
- 04Released to the orderOr held back, if the coil and the paperwork do not agree.

Common questions.
Running grades ship from [100] kg. Custom grades, finishes or non-standard diameters are quoted from [500] kg.
Send the drawing. We confirm chemistry, temper, tolerance and packing with the mill, then come back on feasibility and lead time. [Samples typically within two weeks.]
Every dispatch carries the mill test certificate for the lot: chemistry, tensile, torsion and dimensional results against the governing standard.
